| Preemies & Associates (PAA) is an early intervention agency specializing in supporting the unique needs of infants and toddlers born prematurely, small for gestational age, medically fragile or with genetic conditions such as Down Syndrome. PAA's CBRS staff are experts in addressing self-regulation, feeding and sleep concerns; as well as strategies for supporting language, motor, cognitive and social development of all infants and toddlers. Individual staff members bring additional expertise in areas such as global developmental delays, sensory-processing disorders and behavioral concerns secondary to language delays. Supporting families as a partner and as a resource is the cornerstone of PAA's services. Staff participates in on-going continuing education, journal clubs and monthly in-service training provided by PAA's Clinical Director, Ann Marie Elmore. Ann Marie is a neonatal physical therapist with over 25 years experience working with premature and other high risk infants in the NICU and home. PAA is happy to provide families with an individual bio on any staff member to help them select the best provider for their child.
