PAA's CBRS staff are experts in addressing self-regulation, feeding and sleep concerns; as well as strategies for supporting language, motor, cognitive and social development of all infants and toddlers. Individual staff members bring additional expertise in areas such as global developmental delays, sensory-processing disorders and behavioral concerns secondary to language delays. Supporting families as a partner and as a resource is the cornerstone of PAA's services. Staff participates in on-going continuing education, journal clubs and monthly in-service training provided by PAA's Clinical Director, Ann Marie Elmore. Ann Marie is a neonatal physical therapist with over 25 years experience working with premature and other high risk infants in the NICU and home.
