On August 1st, TelAbility hosted a multipoint videoconference discussion on the Use of Standardized Tests in Pediatric Therapy. The session was facilitated by Dawn Phillips, MS,PT and Associate Professor at UNC-CH. Eighteen people participated in this videoconference at 4 locations, including the TelAbility office in Chapel Hill, Community Partnerships in Raleigh, the Raleigh CDSA and the Wilmington CDSA.
The session discussed various tests used in pediatric therapy evaluations and highlighted their differences, strengths and challenges. Evaluation results indicate that everyone was comfortable attending a videoconference session.
