If your child is between the ages of 2-18 years, weighs more than 16.5 pounds and has moderate to severe cerebral palsy, he or she may be eligible to participate in a study at UNC under the supervision of Dr. Richard Henderson from the Departments of Orthopaedics and Pediatrics. This study, part of the North American Growth in CP Project, is examining how some children with CP grow. Each child will be evaluated at enrollment and then every 12 months for two years with: * height and weight measurements * assessment of body maturity * x-rays of their hands (once each year) * questionnaires * physical examinations * some blood tests * specialized bone scanning
