What's a weblog or blog? A blog, or weblog, is a personal Web site updated regularly with links, commentary, pictures, and anything/everything else. Blogs can be personal and/or controversial journals, and they can focus on one specific topic or cover a wide range. They express the personal temperament and perspective of their author, and they typically educate, entertain, or highlight common experiences. A search of the internet produced several blog sites that may be of interest to the TelAbility community. This is not an endorsement of any of these sites, just a sampling of what is out there.

For a blog close to home, click here and check out Thea?s Thoughts, a weblog hosted by TelAbility and maintained by one of our team members who is the parent of a child with special needs.

Click here to check out the Blogging Mommies. This webring has a large number of member sites with commentary on pregnancy, parenting, and family life. One of the participating sites, Hope Child follows a family?s journey to adopt a child with special needs from India.

Click here to check out Parenting Isn?t Pretty, the blog site maintained by Mothers With Attitude. This group offers humor and support for mothers of children who are adopted or have special needs. They have just added a new column called Family Man with musings from a "Father with Attitude".

For a glimpse of what the Tarheel state has to offer, click here to check out North State Blogs. There are members from all over North Carolina with blogs on a variety of topics.
