On December 1, 2000 , Darlene Sekerak, LPT,PhD and Joshua Alexander, MD presented an overview of the TelAbility program to attendees at the 10th Annual North Carolina Assistive Technology Exposition.
Their presentation, which took place at the North Raleigh Hilton, summarized the project's origins, goals, and programs and shared results from a recent pilot study on the efficacy of using videoconferencing over the internet to complete a standardized functional assessment tool.
