New FPG Report Indicates An Increasing Number of Children with Special Needs in NC Child Care

According to a survey by FPG Child Development Institute's Partnerships for Inclusion, almost half of all North Carolina licensed child care centers and homes have at least on child with special needs enrolled. This number has increased from 39 percent in 2003/2004 to 45 percent n 2005/2006. See the link to their website to reveiw the full report.
