Earlier this month, Sheryl Belshaw-Ponciano and Josh Alexander from the TelAbilith team presented at the 2002 Healthy Child Care North Carolina Invitational Conference. Their presentation, "Using the Internet to Improve Child Care Services for Children with Special Needs in North Carolina" described various web-based resources for child health care consultants and early interventionists practicing in our state.
