services/agency: | The Healthy Out of School Time (HOST) program provides training to community recreation and child care providers; consultation to direct line and support staff to provide suggestions, modifications and intervention strategies for the inclusion of children with special needs; and limited, short term direct support to children with disabilities in a community setting. Staff also provide support to families to identify and access quality programs, identifying their childs needs and matching them with programs in the community, and information and referral for other services and supports. |
