| General information about services/agency:
 | The Raleigh CDSA provides service coordination, evaluations, and intervention (through a network of local service providers)for children ages birth to three who are at risk for or have developmental delays and meet eligibility criteria of the North Carolina Infant Toddler Program, under the Individual's with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Referrals can be made by parents, physicians, Child Service Coordinators, therapists, or other community agencies. Direct services are provided in the child's natural environment (settings that are used by all children) and include service coordination, developmental therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech/language therapy, and referrals to other needed resources and supports. |
