COMMON USES:
Used as part of a comprehensive plan to treat attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

HOW IT'S SUPPLIED:
10-, 18-, 25-, 40-, 60-, 80-, or 100- milligram capsules.

HOW IT WORKS:
Scientists believe it works by blocking or slowing reabsorption of norepinephrine, keeping more of this brain chemical at work to regulate attention, impulsivity and activity levels.

THINGS TO DISCUSS WITH YOUR DOCTOR:
? Taken once or twice a day.
? May be taken with or without food.
? Doctors may write prescriptions for more than just one month.
? Not yet tested in children under 6 years of age.
? May cause headache, stomachache, tiredness, irritability and/or seizures.
? May interact with certain asthma medicines like Albuterol and antidepressants like Prozac? or Paxil?.
? Use with caution in children who have liver or heart disease.
* Follow your child's blood pressure and heart rate as they may increase on this medicine.
* Contact your doctor immediately if signs of jaundice occur.
? Should not be used in children who have narrow angle glaucoma.
* There may be an increased risk of suicidal thinking in children when they take this medicine.
