The Oley Foundation is a national, non-profit organization that provides information and support to adults and children receiving home parenteral nutrition (nutrients delivered through a tube or catheter into the body), and their caregivers. Free educational materials (also available in Spanish) are available, and an ?Information Clearinghouse? that allows one to talk to a volunteer regional coordinator on a range of TPN issues (for example, traveling with home TPN, swimming with a catheter, catheter care etc). Additionally, a video presentation is available to view nutrition issues concerning home TPN therapy. A bi-monthly newsletter provides information on practical and technical issues surrounding home TPN therapy as well as family support. Many helpful links are also provided on this site.
