The WATCH Project, in collaboration with the Healthy Behaviors Project and Child Care Serivces Association of Wake County, is excited to present this new video conference professional development opportunity.
On February 6th from 12:30-2:00, Tara Fish, Wake County Behavior Specialist, will present on "Temper Tantrum Troubles". This session will focus on teaching providers the essentials of learning the cycles of temper tantrums in children. Providers will learn the recommended practices of working with children who tantrum and the developmental basis as to why children may have a tantrum when upset.
This session will be held at the Raleigh CDSA and offered via multipoint video conference to 3 other WATCH sites. Participants can attend on site at the CDSA or at any of the 3 WATCH sites (TBA). WATCH Sites should contact Juliellen if they are interested in being a video conference site.
