 The John Rex Endowment has announced that it will fund a program to establish an interdisciplinary telehealth network for young children with disabilities attending developmental day care centers in Wake and Johnston Counties. During 2004-2007, TelAbility will work with 10 other programs to develop a community of collaboration involving professionals, care providers and families. This network will use web-based resources and real time videoconferencing to improve the quality of and access to specialized medical, therapy, and peer support services for young children with disabilities and their families.
