General information about
services/agency: | We are a private PT practice which provides primarily one on one treatment sessions for OT, PT, and Speech therapies. Our unique location within Impact Athletics, a family centered fitness and wellness center, gives us access to many exciting opportunities. We utilize the gymnasium which has in-the-floor trampolines, foam pits, balance beams, and an abundance of state of the art fitness equipment. |

| Geographic Areas Served: | Our patients come to us from all over Wake, Durham, Chatham, and Orange Counties due to our unique community based setting. Our home visits are limited to the north Cary and Apex regions. |

We are out of network with Mamsi and Wellpath. |
| Location Services Provided: | Our treatments either take place in private treatment rooms, the gymnasium, the fitness rooms, or for our Infant-Toddler patients we provide home or daycare based therapy within our homecare radius. |
