General information about services/agency: | Inclusive Preschool Services: This program contracts with the Children's Developmental Services Agency (ages birth - three) to provide inclusive, community-based early intervention therapies. Some services are available privately as well. Services include speech and occupational therapy. All early intervention therapists are Infant, Toddler and Family Specialists. All services and supports are provided in the child's most natural environment, including child care, preschool, home and other community settings. Direct service includes direct support to the child, as well as support and consultation to family members, care givers and teachers. Training is also available upon request; topics of training can be taken from current training menu or developed upon request. All trainings offer DCD credit. |

Fee Information/Insurance Accepted: | CDSA services - the sliding fee scale used by the CDSA is applied for these services.
Private services - CPI can bill Medicaid for therapies. If a child does not have Medicaid, CPI's fee scale is applied. Families may choose to seek reimbursement from their insurance companies, but at this time, CPI is only a provider with TriCare.
Trainings are charged on an hourly basis. |
